Lindsay Lopez, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Lindsay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for meeting clients where they are — whether they're navigating life's everyday challenges or working through something deeply painful. She works with a wide range of clients, from children as young as five to adults in their seventies, and offers individual, couples, and family therapy.

Lindsay earned her degree from Friends University, where she was a proud member of the Delta Kappa Chapter. She brings hands-on experience working with adolescents, couples and individuals managing ADHD and trauma. For couples, she is Gottman Level 2 trained — a research-based approach that gives partners real, practical tools for building stronger connection and communication.

In session, Lindsay primarily draws from Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring her approach to fit each client's unique story and goals. She believes good therapy is honest and collaborative — emphasizing transparency and integrity, no one-size-fits-all solutions, just a genuine partnership focused on meaningful change.
