Ben Mosley, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Ben is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. He believes that meaningful change is always possible and his goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgemental space where you can confidently and safely pursue the change you are seeking. He walks alongside his clients exploring challenges, building skills, understanding difficulties, and developing strengths.

Ben works with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families to address issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, relationships with others, grief/loss, and personal/spiritual growth. He utilizes a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method.
